The keyring was the problem. Costco, the grocery chain, the pharmacy, the auto club — eight plastic rectangles, and the one I needed was always the one at the bottom of the bag.
So the cards went on the phone. You search one item. It ranks the cheapest membership price for that item. You show the barcode at the till. That is the whole loop.
The wallet itself is free. The ranking is $5 USD a month after seven days, and you can look at it for a week before deciding whether that is worth it.
