Chainbreaker: The Umbral Ascent is an extension of the house. Hydrogen-Overdrive makes the game; Woven Prism Productions is the collaborator on the film and video side — trailers, cinematics and cut material. Two studios, each with its own name and its own work.

One continuity bible covers the story and the game. The Hellforge, the chains, and the climb stay consistent across both houses.
